Thank you for choosing Chalok Reef Divers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking:

1. Deposits for Online Materials and Dive Trips: Deposits paid for access to online materials or dive trips are non-refundable.
2. Course Payment: Full payment is required when signing up for a course at the dive shop.
3. Course Date Change: You may reschedule your course if we are notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes are subject to availability.
4. No Show Policy: If you fail to attend a booked course or dive within 24 hours of the start time, you will be charged the full course price, regardless of the reason. We can provide a supporting letter for insurance claims if necessary.
5. Insurance: We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive insurance for your safety and peace of mind. Insurance is available for purchase in the shop. Please note, our included basic accident insurance only covers you during our courses and trips for up to one month from registration. This insurance does not cover evacuations and offers limited protection compared to comprehensive options.
